The recommended maximum weights for each platform are: Bottom tier: 44lbs / 20kg Second tier: 33lbs / 15kg Third tier: 20lbs / 9kg Fourth tier: 15lbs / 7kg Top tier: 11lbs / 5kg

Our Celebration Tree has an overall product width of 40″ / 1m at the base (including the garland). The five platforms range in width from 34″ / 86.5cm (bottom) to 10″ / 25.5cm (top) (excluding the garland which extends out 3.9″ / 10cm on each side of the platform).

We have received feedback from customers that the tree can hold a total of 15-20 village pieces placed across the 5 platforms.

We recommend allowing 30 minutes and having 2 people work together to assemble your Celebration tree. We include a printed set of thorough instructions in the box where you can also scan a QR code to be taken to a step by step assembly video.

The Celebration tree is packed flat for efficient delivery, however it is still a heavy parcel and we recommend having assistance to move the tree. The overall weight of the packed tree is approximately 59lbs / 26.5kg.

During peak times (October – December), we aim to fulfil orders within 48-36hrs for in-stock items, so you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Whilst we aim to fulfil and deliver orders as quickly as possible, please don’t leave it until the last minute! During off-peak times (January – September), we are able to fulfil orders within 24-48hrs for in-stock items, so you should receive your order within 7 business days.
